We are now in the last few days before heading off. First stop is London via Singapore. A few days there and we are on the train to Brussels with a side trip to Bruges. Not surprisingly, in Bruges there is a Chocolate museum which we hope to visit (are there free samples?) but something of a surprise, there is a "fries" museum (Frietmuseum). Whether we visit this one, only time will tell.
From Brussels we go by rail to Paris where we will settle in for a while before our two major excursions. First, we will be going to Marseilles and then we will be going to London. While we were not invited to the Royal Wedding, we thought it might be fun to be there for the "buzz" which will surround the event.
